Who we are Nick Bingham Nick joined the firm in 1982 and is a solicitor and the sole principal of the firm. Nick has many years of experience in the law across many areas and now specialises in family law, civil litigation and contentious probate. Nick is a member of Resolution and is also the firm's Complaints Officer and Money Laundering Officer. Nick manages to find time to relax and unwind in his garden and vegetable patch. Richard Hodby Richard is Head of Conveyancing and has many years experience in residential conveyancing After graduating from Cambridge Richard qualified as a solicitor in 2001 with a leading regional practice in the south-west and spent the next 6 years with a niche commercial/residential firm of solicitors near Banbury before joining the firm. Richard specialises in residential conveyancing and commercial property as well as Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and elderlyclient advice and still manages to find time outside of work to play the cello. Curtis Rogers
Curtis has re-joined the firm in our busy conveyancing department. Curtis who also graduated from Cambridge qualified as a solicitor in 2013 after completing his training contract with Legal 50 City firm MacFarlanes. He has also gained experience in the private client areas of wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Before he qualified, Curtis guided groups of tourists around the city showing off its history and architecture.

Gary joined us as a locum in the spring 2017 to work alongside Richard in our busy conveyancing department and has over 20 years experience in residential conveyancing. and is now with us full-time. Gary dabbles in antiques in his spare time.
Yasmin Qadir Yasmin has 20 years’ experience in family law and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives. She acts for clients in all aspects of family law, including high net worth cases and private law children matters. Yasmin is a member of Resolution. Yasmin is a scout leader in her son's scout troop. Brian Heath Brian has vast experience in property and college work and was also our senior partner until his retirement in 2001 before becoming a consultant until last year. He still drops into the office from time to time to say 'hello'. Lyn Tomlins Lyn is our probate manager, who joined the firm after many years of Private Client experience in the banking sector. Lyn has vast experience in dealing sympathetically and efficiently with probate and estate administration. Vera Dilyanova Vera joined us in 2015 as a paralegal after completing her Legal Practice Course at Oxford Brookes University and she is now a Trainee Solicitor and will be admitted as a solicitor in March 2018. Vera is staying with the firm as an assistant solicitor having gained wide experience in our residential conveyancing department and is the main contact for our Friday's Move clients . Nakita Smith
Nakita completed her Legal Practice Course at Staffordshire University in 2015. After a year working for the NHS Hosspital Trust at Littlemore Hospital, Oxford, Nakita joined the firm as a paralegal and works mainly in our Wills and Probate department and also assists our conveyancing department. She starts her training contract with the firm once Vera is admitted.
Natasha has recently graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a LLB 2.1 and is working with us part-time while she takes her Legal Practice Course in Birmingham. Natasha is hoping to become a solicitor one day and is finding the practical side of the law very interesting and demanding.
Anna joined the family department in 2006 and 2 children later is still with us part-time balancing child care and work commitments.
Alexia gained a 1st class LLB (Hons) degree in 2012 and after working for us in the conveyancing department for 2 years until 2014 re-joined the firm as a part-time paralegal in the in August 2017. Her ambition is to complete her Legal Practice Course, whilst bringing up a young family, and to qualify as a solicitor.
There is wide diversity in the personnel in the firm ranging in age from 19 years to 64 years with women outnumbering men 7 to 5 and from a mix of ethnic and religious backgrounds, including white, Asian, Caribbean, Chinese, Christian, Buddhist and Muslim.
