Who we are Nick Bingham
Nick joined the firm in 1982 as an articled clerk, qualified as a solicitor in 1985 and is now the sole principal of the firm. Nick has many years of experience in the law across many areas and now specialises in family law, civil litigation and contentious probate. Nick is a member of Resolution
and is also the firm's Complaints Officer and Money Laundering Officer. Nick manages to find time to relax and unwind in his garden and vegetable patch.
Curtis joined the firm in 2014and in our busy conveyancing department. Curtis graduated from the University of Cambridge and completed his training contract with Legal 50 City firm MacFarlanes before qualifying as a solicitor in 2013. He has also
gained experience in the private client areas of wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney. Before he qualified, Curtis guided groups of tourists around the city showing off its history and architecture. A keen musician, in his spare
writes reviews for classical music magazines and websites.
Gary joined us in the spring 2017 working alongside Curtis in our busy conveyancing department. Gary qualified as a solicitor in 1998 and has over 20 years experience in residential conveyancing. and is now with us full-time. Gary is fluent in Cantonese.
Jacqueline has recently joined the firm's conveyancing team and is Head of Conveyancing.
She qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive Lawyer in 2015 and has 15 years experience working for various conveyancing firms after completing her Legal Practice Course at Bournemouth University in 2004. Jacqueline undertakes both residential and commercial conveyancing. Outside work, Jaqueline loves visiting historic places and foreign cities.
Lyn is our probate manager, who joined the firm after many years of experience in the banking sector, where she worked her way up to work with their Probate Team. Lyn has vast experience in dealing sympathetically and efficiently with probate and estate
Nakita completed her Legal Practice Course at Staffordshire University in 2015. After a year working in the Human Resources and Recruitment Department at the Oxford Health Foundation Trust Nakita joined the firm as a paralegal and
is primarily interested in Court of Protection work. She started her Training Contract with us in March 2018 and we look forward to her qualifying as a solicitor with us this September.
Natasha has recently graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a LLB 2.1 and began her legal career with us while taking her Legal Practice Course in Birmingham. Natasha is hoping to become a solicitor one day and is finding the practical side
of the law very interesting and demanding.
Alexia White Alexia gained a 1st class LLB (Hons) degree from the University of Central Lancashire in 2012 and after working for us in the conveyancing department for 2 years until 2014 when she moved to a local firm in their conveyancing department. Alexia re-joined us as
a part-time conveyancing paralegal 2 years ago. She is currently completing her PhD in International Law whilst bringing up a young family. Her ambition is to qualify as a solicitor.
Anna joined the family department in 2006 and 2 children later is still with us part-time balancing child care and work commitments. She assists the family team with all their secretarial needs. She also fills the vital role of arranging
company lunches and the all important Christmas Party. In her spare time, she is an avid Spurs fan.
Barbara qualified at the Brazilian Bar and moved to England after marriage and is now secretary to our conveyancing department
