Paralegal job description
We are looking for an experienced paralegal to join our Family, Litigation and Private Client teams in a fee earner support role, managing a mixed caseload under minimal supervision.
This is what you will be doing
- Managing a caseload of mixed family, divorce, separation and financial claims, litigation and property dispute resolution claims, wills and probate claims
- Able to demonstrate technical expertise and have a commitment to keeping up to date with developments in the market
- Actively engage with the family/litigation/private client team and support the department and be supported when necessary.
- Take an interest in business development and recognise opportunities for referrals.
- Be fully engaged with the firms marketing strategy.
- Ability to work remotely as well as office based
The experience you’ll bring to the team
- A Law degree minimum qualification
- Excellent IT skills.
- Excellent organisation skills.
- Have a track record of relationship building and networking.
- Ability to generate your own client base.
