Our family lawyers are members of Resolution and have many years experience in family law delivering practical and sensible legal advice. We can arrange for you to be represented in the Family Court and High Court.
We will refer you to mediation to try and resolve any dispute or issues by agreement in appropriate cases. We believe that it is always best to try and reach an agreement, even if it is not a perfect solution, rather than have one imposed by the court,
which no-one is happy with and which can all too often lead to further problems.

The Family Clinic is open every Wednesday (unless otherwise advised) from 5pm to 6.30pm for 30 minutes of initial legal advice completely
