Conveyancing Paralegal Vacancy
An exciting vacancy has arisen for a full-time Paralegal in our Residential Conveyancing Department.
We are offering you the opportunity to pursue your legal career with an established law firm in the centre of Oxford.
Challenor Gardiner has been providing legal services for private individuals, university and business clients in Oxford since we were established in 1851
We can give you the opportunity to be part of a progressive firm, working with a friendly team, delivering a quality service to all our clients
Are you are looking for a new challenge working as part of a highly regarded residential conveyancing department and you can offer us:
• legal experience working in all aspects of property law and residential conveyancing providing direct support to fee earners
• great IT skills, familiarity with cloud practice management software, Outlook, Word, Excel and electronic forms, Land Registry portal and conveyancing platforms carrying out AML, property searches and SDLT returns
• good file management and competence to produce accurate documents and correspondence
• confidence with outstanding communication skills to engage with clients, agents and colleagues in a friendly and approachable manner
• forward thinking and ability to use a high degree of self-management, initiative and develop fresh and innovative ideas
• Excellent and relevant academic achievements
